You are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise conveyed in writing by Mystic Manor Creations.

Return Eligibility
Refund or Replacement-Custom orders
Mystic Manor Creations is committed to delivering high quality hand-made products to our customers.
However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. As such, all general items sold on
this website may be returned for a full Refund or Replacement subject to the following rules:

Refund or Replacement-Non-custom orders
A Refund/Replacement Request must be made within 7 days from notification of delivery.
Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging, or a 10% charge will be
applied.

Due to the nature of custom orders, Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund or Replacement-Damaged or Lost Items
Refunds or Replacement requests for Damaged or Lost orders must be made within 3 days from
notification of delivery. Photographic evidence is required if damage claim is due to shipping
